This print presents the pavilion dressed up for an elegant night soiree. It shows the façade elevation of Brighton Royal Pavilion which was gloriously built in the glorious Indo-Saracenic style, prevalent in India for most of the 19th century. The current appearance of the Pavilion, with its domes and minarets, is the work of Regency architect John Nash, who extended the building, starting in 1815. The background of this print is a section of an Asian decorative motif from ‘The Grammar of Ornament’ a book by Victorian architect Owen Jones.
Your print will be sent with Royal Mail signed delivery. A3 size prints will be sent in a hard cardboard tube. A4 size prints will be sent in a hard cardboard flat package.
