Sleepy dog. Palmeira and Adelaide. Hove. The inspiration for this drawing happened in Agonda Beach in South India maybe in 2011 during an art retreat by the Indian Ocean. Outside my bamboo lodge lived a pack of dogs that I befriended. Early mornings with the sunrise they used to accompany me for long walks along the beach. In the afternoon they used to snug in the sand. I decided to set it with also a rough study of Palmeira with the sea in the background. Print size A4, 29.7 x 21 cm
