Print description

The dolphins are inspired in the Brighton Coat of arms that has mythological dolphins, Wedgwood black ceramics dolphins and Asian calligraphic art.
This print is an allegory to the ancient Rome tradition were dolphins are in charge of bringing the souls of the dead to the Islands of the Blessed. As such these dolphins lead the remains of the Victorian Brighton leisure West Pier to its final days.
