Recording memories of time spent with my friend Jenni Mac ascending Cadair Idris in Wales.

I created this print from my original ink drawings to which I apply colour digitally. Printed on fine art paper using archival inks. I issue the formats A0, A1 & A2,A3 and A4 as limited editions of 100 where I individually sign and number each print. Please note that I have created two variations for this print. The A4 edition shows a larger size crab.
Cadair Idris
Cadair Idris or Cader Idris is a mountain in the Meirionnydd area of Gwynedd, Wales. It lies at the southern end of the Snowdonia National Park near the town of Dolgellau. Legend has it that those who sleep on the mountain will awake as either a madman or a poet, or else never wake again.
I created the line work in mid-July after having spent time at the wonderful Mawddach Art Residency. run by artist friends Scarlett Rebecca and her partner, Jake Spicer. Once a year, they invite their artist friends to celebrate art and life. I feel honoured to be part of it.
